In breaking news on Armed Forces Press on January 5, newly obtained documents reveal the Department of Defense controlled the COVID-19 program from the start — including the experimental COVID shots — using a combination of the PREP Act, Emergency Use Authorization regulations, and Other Transactions Authority (OTA) that served to provide immunity and shield Big Pharma, the Federal Agencies (CDC, NIH, FDA) and all medical providers and hospitals involved in the delivery of experimental treatments such as remdesivir and the experimental and unregulated COVID vaccines to an unsuspecting public.
Career pharma insider, Sasha Latypova, and legal researcher Katherine Watt provide full documentation of the Department of Defense’s oversight role under the guise of “national security” and the lie from the beginning: DoD knew the COVID shots were never “safe” nor “effective.”
Knowing that the DoD was “running” the entire COVID-19 program and the vaccination of military and civilians in the vast human experiment unleashed on the public, we now see some of the motives leading to the latest Army loopholes around the NDAA requirement to end the Covid vaccine mandates in the military.

With FRAGO #35, the Army leaves in place ways of persecuting the troops and coercing the COVID shots to get around the Congressional directive to end the mandate.

Chaplains Brad Lee and Brad Lewis expound upon Army fragmentary order #35 (FRAGO #35) and its many “loopholes” and unanswered questions. While the mandate was rescinded by law when Congress refused to fund the military budget in the NDAA unless the COVID vaccine mandates were halted, the Army’s new FRAGO 35 does not explicitly eliminate some of the onerous and punitive “guidelines” that were employed in the execution of the mandate and caused untold damage to our troops.
Despite being signed into law by President Biden, the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) does nothing to reverse the punishment inflicted upon thousands of our military: more than 10,000 were wrongfully discharged, and many thousands still serving yet being punished for not getting the experimental COVID shot.
Most critically, the NDAA made no provision to reinstate the thousands that have already been involuntarily separated from military service, some of whom were within months of being able to retire but have been left with abrupt termination, and none of the benefits that should have been rightfully theirs at the end of a career in the military.
