Doctors surrendered their intellectual independence by embracing the pseudoscientific cult of evidence-based medicine. Medical practice is now completely dominated by Pharma-produced practice guidelines.
Dr. Amerling is a friend and colleague whom I have known and respected for the last 30 years through our work together with the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Amerling worked for 26 years as an academic nephrologist at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, achieving the rank of Associate Professor of Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. In 2016 he accepted a position as Professor of Clinical Skills at St. George’s University in Grenada and taught there through 2021. From April-August 2020 Dr. Amerling volunteered as a nephrologist at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, helping deal with the first wave of acute Covid cases. Dr. Amerling served as Associate Medical Director for America’s Frontline Doctors from August, 2021-February, 2022, then in May, 2022 Dr. Amerling co-founded The Wellness Company, and served as its Chief Academic Officer through August 2023. He then joined the Executive Committee of The Body Healthcare and is co-chair of the Education Committee. In September, 2024, Dr. Amerling was appointed Academic Director of GoldCare.

while the test is designed to predict utility of radiation therapy, looking at the basis of the algorithm based on tumor volume, patient age and marekers you can assess the risk of recurrence or advancement to invasive cancer
It appears Dr Holmes cryoablation research trial for DCIS is currently fully enrolled, in office treatment is available. Some early invasive cancer cryoablation trials are still enrolling patients. I would highly recommend Dr Holmes and his staff based on personal experience
