Under the false pretext of a “health emergency” New Mexico’s Democrat Governor issued an unconstitutional ban on citizens’ rights to carry legally-owned firearms. Fortunately for the citizens of New Mexico, Sheriff John Allen of Bernalillo County kept his oath to the Constitution and to the people he was elected to serve and defied the NM Governor. A few days later, the Attorney General of New Mexico, also a Democrat, kept his oath to the Constitutions of the United States and the State of New Mexico in refusing to carry out and enforce the Governor’s tyrannical grab for power. The New Mexico Governor’s action to deprive citizens of their right to keep and bear arms is a prime example of the very reason our Founders created the Second Amendment: not for hunting or self-defense or sports, but to protect citizens from a tyrannical government.
International attorney Todd Callender, Esq. discusses the legal criteria and court decisions of “exigent circumstances” to allow exemptions used to completely usurp our Constitutional and human rights. This legal assault on our core freedoms had human rights have been carefully crafted over the last several decades. These attacks on individual freedoms, and increasing federal government control, have escalated since 9-11-2001 with the passage of The Patriot Act, the 2002 Model Health Acts pushed by federal grants into over half of our 50 states, the 2005 International Health Regulatory Act, the 2009 TARP legislation, the 2010 Obamacare healthcare law, the 2016 NDAA when Obama legalized “Asymmetric Warfare” on the American people (i.e. use of propaganda and lies to change public perception and control behavior), the 2017 NDAA that moved merged HHS and Department of Defense into the Defense Health Agency so that “public health emergencies” are carried out under the direction of the Military following declarations of the World Health Organization.
Then under COVID national emergency declaration and implementation of The PREP Act, the final nails were hammered in the coffin marking the death of our individual freedom, patient rights, and human rights we thought we had. Callender explains how this entire progression of regulatory and legislative actions have combined to create the militarized medical martial law that all of us were subjected to during the last three years of the COVID deception and tyranny. The Biden administration is preparing to unleash another round of this medical tyranny with the new claims of “COVID variants” justifying more mandates and lockdowns, and now the expansion of “health emergency” to declare “heat (or climate) emergencies” as the Governor of Arizona recently did.
Today’s show discusses many other examples of the ways the entire apparatus of our federal government has deceptively claimed “exigent circumstances” to completely revoke our human rights. This is the biggest threat to human life and freedom to face humanity in recent history. America, and the world listening this is time to take a stand against evil, stand against tyranny and simply do not comply with these unlawful mandates and attacks on your constitutional and human rights.
