A draconian “Avian Flu” emergency order has been issued May 1 by the Governor and Department of Agriculture for the State of Michigan, effective May 8, that orders military-style BIOSECURITY procedures to be put in place by all commercial dairy and poultry farms across Michigan, regardless of whether there is documented disease in any of the cows or chickens.

These new orders, even IF they could be realistically implemented, will likely bankrupt poultry and dairy farmers due to the cost of these new biosecurity procedures. But then destruction of our food supply appears to be one of the primary goals of the globalists pushing the WHO One Health agenda to eliminate all meat protein from the human diet. For example, the emergency order states “All Michigan dairy farms, as well as poultry operations considered commercial by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) must develop and implement biosecurity practices that include:
o Designation of a biosecurity manager.
o Designation of a line of separation to represent the perimeter of a secure area, limiting access points.
o Establishment of cleaning and disinfection practices and procedures at those access points for both vehicles and individuals. This must include deliveries of feed and other supplies, and training for employees.

Recent responses to FOIA requests from several regulatory authorities suggest it is not. The bottom line is that the ramped up fear-mongering about “Avian flu” comes just in time to serve the vast propaganda PSYOP campaign orchestrated to scare countries into signing the dictatorial WHO Pandemic treaty giving WHO broad powers to regulate the human, animal and climate “health” polices for every nation on earth with no recourse for each nation to decide their own response.
The campaign of fear about the “highly pathogenic” Avian Flu also serves two other purposes of the globalists consolidation of power under the control of WHO: 1) to scare people into vaccines, and 2) to use as an excuse to the slaughter dairy cows, beef, cattle, and chickens to further damage global food supply.
The WHO had their eighth meeting April 22-26, 2024 of the Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005). WHO officials say this was to be the final meeting ahead of the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly May-1 June 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland.
But it is not going so well and resistance is building. Many countries have indicated they will not sign the WHO Pandemic Treaty. There will also be a major protest in Geneva at the WHOs World Health Assembly that last week of May. The Geneva Project is organizing a closed meeting followed by a public rally and march, ending at the Place Des Nations in Geneva.
On Friday 1st May, 49 republican senators sent a letter to President Biden demanding to withdraw US support for the WHOs amendments and new pandemic treaty (see below).
In other news, on a more hopeful front, the Arizona Republican Party (GOP) just passed a “Ban the Jab” resolution, declaring COVID-19 injections as biological AND technological weapons. This is in addition to other states that have passed similar resolutions.
