The US Air Force continues its betrayal of the United States Constitution in ongoing blanket denials of religious accommodation request for those whose faith directs them to refuse the experimental gene therapy COVID shots. It is an egregious violation of the US Constitution and uniform code of military justice that is ongoing in spite of Congress directing the Department of Defense to cease mandating the experimental COVID injections. The latest service member to be purged from the USAF is a young Cuban-American woman, Briana Céspedes, who loves America, and is committed to her faith and her Oath to the US Constitution.
Today’s Whistleblower Report with host Major Mike Gary, whose miliary career was as a CBRN (chem, bio, rad & nuclear) expert, and guest Whistleblower Senior Airman Briana Cespedes, focuses on Briana’s story of Air Force persecution for her faith with forced solitary confinement under the guise of “quarantine,” demotion, and then unlawful discharge. Tragically, Briana was terminated from the U.S. Air Force in July 2022, just 3 days prior to a successful court-ordered injunction against the Air Force to halt religious discrimination in Air Force’s blanket denials of all religious exemption requests.
Major Gary and Senior Airman Cespedes also explore the critically important topic of women’s fertility as a pivotal reason many reproductive-age military women resisted the experimental injections. By time of the military’s COVID shot mandate in August 2021, these gene therapy experimental agents were known to damage fertility and reproduction in women and men. Women who later wanted to be mothers were understandably alarmed at this risk to their future ability to have a child. This discussion prompts the question do we know how bad the fertility rates are? Are we being lied to on the birth rates?
Ironically, Briana fit all the “boxes” of the USAF focus on the “woke” DEI agenda permeating the military emphasizing “diversity, equality and inclusion” instead of the traditional UCMJ and US Constitution that have always governed military training preparing people for military service rather than political agendas. It is another example of the US Military’s hypocrisy in pushing a highly politicized agenda, yet persecuting Christians and conservatives, even IF they fit the gender and racial guidelines for the DoD’s “woke” indoctrination.
In her 5 years of service as a broadcast journalist occupational specialty for the Air Force, Briana had an exemplary service record. Yet she was demoted and forced out of the military on a general discharge that continues to punish her by making it more difficult to land a civilian job. Yet again, we have another experienced, dedicated service member purged on political grounds in violation of our Constitution and her human and civil rights.
Civilian attorneys have filed multiple lawsuits against Biden’s Department of Defense for major violations of 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) in coercing Emergency Use Products (EUA) across all branches of the US Military. It is a dark day in America when young, dedicated volunteers in the military are subjected to such despicable harassment, punishment and discrimination. Briana’s story is shocking. Air Force commanders punitively used forced isolation under a weaponized of “quarantine” as one of the ways she was persecuted for requesting the religious accommodation. Briana was subjected to what would be solitary confinement in a civilian prison. She was forced to stay isolated in one room for 140 non-consecutive days, ordered not to leave the quarantine room, and to have all meals there. America needs to understand how the Air Force treated its unvaxxed volunteer service members—your sons and daughters—worse than common criminals.
Briana continues her fight for freedom in service to America’s founding principles and God-given natural rights to bodily autonomy, life, liberty to make our own decisions. Her goal is to raise awareness among the public on the destructive policies being wages against military service members, and to help and support other Involuntary Veterans by her efforts to push for legislation to prevent these abuses. Across America, citizens need to unite for to protect our military and help defend their rights as we seek to preserve the human and civil rights guaranteed to all of us under the Constitution. Young men and women, like Briana, who courageously resisted unlawful COVID injection mandates are an inspiration to all of us to stand against tyranny and stand for freedom as our ancestors did. Briana’s actions in faith remind us of the Apostle Paul’s words in 2 Timothy 4:7-8 (NKJV): 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
