nternational Classification of Disease Codes (ICD) required by the Centers for Disease Control are the government’s gateway to monitoring and controlling your life. These codes have been modified and are treating the unvaccinated as if they are a hazardous medical exposure, according to Dr. Harvey Risch, professor emeritus of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health, in an Epoch Times interview. Whether you are vaccinated, how many boosters you have had, or whether you are unvaccinated is all categorized and monitored. Doctors don’t get paid unless they record these choices. Dr. Robert Malone, an inventor of the mRNA vaccine, says ICDs are a government gateway to a “darker future for us.”
ICD codes have been around for a century to track the causes and consequences of human disease. The use of these codes since Obamacare has expanded as a requirement for doctors to get paid. Every health incident for which your doctor sees you is recorded with these codes. The system is also used for things that your doctor didn’t treat. There is a code for if you are unvaccinated for COVID. ICD10Data.com is a “free reference website designed for the fast lookup of all current American ICD-10-CM (diagnosis) and ICD-10-PCS (procedure) medical billing codes.” ICD-10-CM Z228.320 became effective October 1, 2022 and included “underimmunization for COVID 19 status” as well as general “underimmunization status.” This is the entry point for vaccine passports and social credit scores. The next generation of ICD-10 is ICD-11.
Malone writes in his substack, “There are not only ICD for those that are “under-immunized,” but the World Health Organization and the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) have a solution to take care of that. They now have ICD codes to ensure immunization safety counseling…Z71.85 is a billable ICD-10 code used to specify a medical diagnosis of encounter for immunization safety counseling. Yes, you too can undergo a “re-education” program, or maybe it will be a “re-education” camp targeting children. Yes, a camp has a must softer and gentler meaning, don’t you think? and kids just love going to camp! (Brought to you by Pfizer).”
In April, 2021 Joe Biden’s then press secretary Jen Psaki made worldwide headlines with her emphatic statement that the “government is not now, nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a [vaccine] credential.” The US government already supported the ICD system that has the information and can share it through its international database. Doctors or healthcare systems gave it to them to get paid. This is the result of government, private sector, media and nonprofits working together on the end game of tyranny, a complete violation of your Constitutional and human rights. Revelation 13:7 speaks of the antichrist/beast, “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” Be forewarned of the coming Beast.
