Our guest today is UK veterinarian Roger Meacock, BVSc, MRCVS who is the lead author of the Open Letter of Concern to regulatory authorities in the US and UK warning that these technologies carry serious risk to survival of animals and humans and documenting the mechanisms of damage. Roger Meacock BVSc, MRCVS, is a Veterinarian in the UK qualified from the University of Bristol with a Batchelor of Veterinary Science degree in 1992 and went into farm practice, and then farm and equine where he encountered “Mad Cow” disease (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, BSE) first hand. His experience with BSE in the 1990s plus the realization that it’s not just the spike protein that promotes prion and protein misfolding diseases spurred his investigation of the mRNA situation in veterinary medicine. His concern about the USA launch of mRNA product Sequivity in pigs in 2018 led to his realization that there is an existential threat to animals with potentially dire implications for the human and carnivore pet food chains. In July 2023 Meacock wrote an Open Letter of Concern to the UK Veterinary Medicines Directive because the UK amount of meat produce that is exported/imported all around the world means that widespread mRNA use in animals can have international implications.
Roger realized that COVID was being blown out of proportion very early on and began following developments to understand the spike protein and mRNA gene technology in general. In 1997 he attended the first training in Scenar that the Russian inventors and Doctors gave in the UK, and subsequently became the first veterinarian in the world to routinely use Scenar. He had been trained to treat people, so began treating people as a human practitioner. In the early 2000s, he added in bioresonance and stopped conventional veterinary work to concentrate on using the techniques developed for animals. Hi current predominant work is musculoskeletal treatments for horses, dogs and people but also more serious medical conditions such as cancers and “mystery” conditions.
Hedley Rees, based in the United Kingdom. Mr. Rees has been providing consultancy on the development, manufacture and distribution of drugs that are fully compliant with the GMP requirements of 21 CFR Title 21, since 2005 through his company, PharmaFlow. Prior to that, he spent 16 years in senior roles in Big Pharma (Bayer) and 10 years in biotech (British Biotech, Vernalis and OSI Pharmaceuticals (now Astellas). Mr. Rees also authored Supply Chain Management in the Drug Industry: Delivering Patient Value for Pharmaceuticals and Biologics for Wiley, NJ in 2011. His expertise is in the area of anything to do with manufacture through the three phases of clinical trials (and preclinical if required) and ongoing distribution of the commercial supply. Where regulations have been breached, he has a duty to bring this to the attention of regulators, as has been happening with the frozen vials of COVID shots that were shipped only part way finished.
