Letter to the FAA and Airline CEOs:

Dr. Peter McCullough, world renown cardiologist, epidemiologist and Chief Medical Advisor for Truth for Health Foundation, along with other military and civilian physicians and leading civil rights attorneys, provided detailed medical and legal notice to the FAA, the CEOs of all major airlines, and Department of Defense (DoD) concerning the violations of FAA’s own medical regulations with use of the EUA vaccines in pilots, and puts all these individuals on notice that pilots are flying with medical risks that can compromise the public safety.  This letter is must reading for all concerned citizens. The physicians and attorneys warn that IF current FAA regulations were being followed properly, everyone who got the experimental COVID shots should be subject to a 1 year no-not-fly status.  The statute they cite (Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations #61.53 states, “No person who holds a medical certificate issued under part 67 of this chapter may act as pilot in command, or any another capacity as a required pilot flight crew member, which that person…(is) receiving treatment for a medical condition that results in the person being unable to meet the requirements for the medical certificate necessary for pilot operation.”  The next regulation that correctly would prevent pilots from meeting the requirements for “the medical certificated necessary for pilot operation” is outlined in the Guide for Aviation Medical Examiners, which states that examiners should “advise airmen to not fly (DNF) and provide additional safety information to the applicant if they are taking certain medications, including any medical intervention recently approved by the FDA until after 12 months had passed.  The physicians and attorneys said their warning letter to the FAA: “The FAA generally requires at least one year (emphasis added) of post-marketing experience with a new drug before consideration for aeromedical certification purposes.  This observation period allows time for uncommon, but aeromedically significant, adverse effects to manifest themselves…”

Clearly the EUA experimental COVID shots had not been on the market for a year before airlines and FAA and DoD were coercing pilots to be vaccinated.  To our knowledge, pilots are still not being monitored for markers of blood clotting risks or heart damage/cardiac arrest while being allowed to fly military and commercial aircraft.
