| The Story of the Truth For Health Store
Since the beginning of my career in medicine, I have recommended a combination of vitamins and supplements I considered essential to optimizing health –my core “Health and Resilience” formula. You can see the ones in that group listed on our website. Over the years I have researched various supplement manufacturers to make specific suggestions for high quality balanced with cost and availability. I had a few companies I felt met the standards I wanted to recommend for my patients.
But the general public, most doctors, and most alternative practitioners selling products don’t know that over the last 5+ years, many of the smaller companies making top-quality supplements that I used to recommend have been bought out by big Pharma, giant food conglomerates, and even investment companies—these huge global corporations seek to capture the huge profits in the burgeoning supplement market. To maximize profits, these mega-companies are not necessarily focused on maintaining high quality as they look to increase profit margins with cheaper ingredients. The term “cGMP” (current Good Manufacturing Practices) always refers to regulations that ensure products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. The exact rules and who enforces them depend on the product type (pharmaceutical drugs vs. dietary supplements) and the country.
In the United States, it is the FDA that is the main regulatory authority overseeing GMP are met for pharmaceuticals (human and veterinary) under 21 CFR Parts 210 & 211 (often just called “cGMP for drugs”). For Dietary Supplements (vitamins, herbs, protein powders, etc.) it is 21 CFR Part 111 (“cGMP for Dietary Supplements”). FDA inspectors carry out the inspections when a company wishes to invest in reaching the higher standard of GMP certification. Most supplement manufacturers in the US simply don’t bother to seek this higher standard because it costs more and cuts into their profits. If the company passes inspection, the FDA indicates it is in “good standing” and then the actual certification comes from a recognized third-party certifying body.
In the case of dietary supplements, the National Science Foundation (NSF) is the certifying agency that issues the cGMP certificate to the manufacturer. Only those dietary supplements that have been through the rigorous testing, inspection and certification process can carry the cGMP notice on their product labels. It means the facility and equipment are exceptionally clean with strict adherence to procedure, making it stand out as an exceptional dietary supplement manufacturer. Under GMP guidelines, every step of the manufacturing process is documented using established standard operating procedures. These include training, equipment, raw materials, facilities, and final-release criteria.
Every product’s development can be traced back to the date, time, person, lot number, and piece of equipment associated with it. This batch information can be back-traced through an ePedigree system. These processes safeguard product integrity and patient health. Each bottle’s unique QR code is scanned into an ePV system before shipping.

An ePedigree is an electronic record that traces the changes in ownership of a drug or ingredient. Starting with the manufacturer, it documents the history of the drug until it reaches a person or the organization administering or dispensing it. Pedigree laws are intended to guard against counterfeit drugs.
Label QR Codes are scanned into the ePedigree system before shipping and are unique to each bottle, box, pouch, stick pack, and canister. The company continues to seek ways to improve the capabilities of the ePedigree system and its security features.

I recommend you start with our Resilience formula which is based upon my many years of medical practice and the basic supplements, plus a few new ones added to address the six classes of damage from Covid illness and adverse side effects from Covid injections. Our cGMP products made in the US are available only through licensed medical professionals, and each product has a detailed product data sheet, similar to the “package insert” in your prescription medicines. The same regulatory approval process applies to the Product Data Sheet, which must include full disclosure of all ingredients, description of how they work, any applicable patents to improve bioavailability and/or absorption/utilization, research studies to support all the clinical applications, and any other unique information for that product.
