Arizona Attorney General issues legal opinion regarding vaccine mandates as related to federal law and Arizona law.     Since the FDA has approved the Pfizer vaccine, would the legal forms you share siting EUA status and having the employer assume liability still apply?

    1. The EUA still applies to Pfizer, Moderna and J&J. Only the “Comirnaty” version of Pfizer is “approved” (though it is still more complicated than that) – and given the current stockpiles of PFizer, most people will still be receiving that version.
