Groundbreaking Victory over DoD’s Vaccine Mandate

On May 20, 2022, a Board composed of three Navy officers found that LT Bill Moseley did not commit misconduct by refusing the COVID 19 injection and found unanimously that LT Moseley should be retained in the United States Navy.

Lt. Mosley’s legal defense was supported by a Medical Freedom Fund Grant from Truth for Health Foundation. Read the press release below.
