With FRAGO #35, the Army leaves in place ways of persecuting the troops and coercing the COVID shots to get around the Congressional directive to end the mandate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&gt;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.americaoutloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/HQDA-EXORD-225-21-FRAGO-35-COVID-19-STEADY-STATE-OPERATIONS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HQDA EXORD 225-21 (FRAGO 35) COVID-19 STEADY STATE&nbsp;OPERATIONS PDF<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaplains Brad Lee and Brad Lewis expound upon Army fragmentary order #35 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.americaoutloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/HQDA-EXORD-225-21-FRAGO-35-COVID-19-STEADY-STATE-OPERATIONS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>FRAGO #35<\/strong><\/a>) and its many \u201cloopholes\u201d and unanswered questions.
