The first priority is to &#8220;Do no harm&#8221; and safety is valued higher than efficacy, but Pfizer is attempting to seal all trial data for 70 years making product safety evaluations nearly impossible, while the Government is failing to conduct reviews according to statutory and historical measures. With the waning efficacy, what does this mean going forward?
