Throughout his career, he was a relentless advocate for human rights, holding governments accountable for war crimes and standing up for oppressed populations worldwide. His legal expertise and unwavering commitment to justice made him a powerful voice against government overreach and the misuse of legal frameworks to justify war, oppression, and unethical medical mandates. Boyle\u2019s work had a profound impact beyond academia, influencing critical legal battles and humanitarian efforts worldwide.<br><br>As a professor of law at the University of Illinois College of Law, Dr. Boyle played a crucial role in drafting the U.S. Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, which sought to prevent the development and use of biological weapons.&nbsp; In a recent legal case in Florida led by Dr. Joesph Sansone, Dr. Boyle presented his Affidavit stating that the Covid 19 mRNA nanoparticle injections violate the 1989 law he wrote.&nbsp;Dr. Boyle asserted that&nbsp;\u2018COVID 19 injections\u2019, \u2018COVID 19 nanoparticle injections\u2019, and \u2018mRNA nanoparticle injections\u2019 are&nbsp;biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction&nbsp;and violate Biological Weapons 18 USC \u00a7 175; Weapons and Firearms \u00a7 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023).<br><br>Dr. Boyle\u2019s research and legal arguments were instrumental to Major Mike Gary\u2019s rebuttal against the military\u2019s unlawful COVID-19 vaccine mandate, providing a foundation rooted in international law and human rights.
