\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SecDef\/status\/1915164433157968186\">https:\/\/x.com\/SecDef\/status\/1915164433157968186<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hegseth\u2019s directive allows for progress on two critical goals our entire team of military, medical and legal advisors has been advocating for since August 2021 when the unlawful order went into effect under Biden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expunge the adverse and punitive evaluations and administrative actions in service members\u2019 military records that were in retaliation for refusal of the unlawful order mandating a COVID EUA injection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>full reinstatement of wrongfully discharged service members, with restitution of rank, back pay and benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hegseth\u2019s directive marks the <em>first major federal action<\/em> acknowledging the unlawful action of mandating an experimental, EUA \u201ccountermeasure\u201d COVID injection for <strong><em>anyone: civilian or military.&nbsp; <\/em><\/strong>This is a huge step forward in acknowledging the egregious Constitutional and UCMJ legal, medical, religious and ethical violations of the COVID mandates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service members, and civilians who refused the COVID injection mandates, all endured severe punishment, loss of livelihoods and careers, psychological abuse and even abuse and persecution that extended to military service members\u2019 families.&nbsp; Truth for Health Foundation has showcased these abuses in many Press Conferences and Whistleblower Reports since 2021, which are archived on our website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.TruthforHealth.org\">www.TruthforHealth.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The military as an institution suffered tremendous damage to its integrity and morale of the troops from the political overreach and legal violations of the Biden COVID mandates. Secretary Hegseth\u2019s directive is both redemptive and restorative for those labeled as &#8220;warriors of conscience.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The directive for the military follows President Trump\u2019s Executive Order in January 2025 directing federal agencies to rectify harms caused by COVID-related mandates. For thousands of former and current troops\u2014many of whom lost careers, pensions, and honors\u2014this is not just bureaucratic relief; it is a moral vindication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hurdles to full restitution remain.&nbsp; The DoD\u2019s flawed form requiring veterans to falsely claim their separation was &#8220;voluntary&#8221; has sparked fresh concerns. Secretary Hegseth\u2019s promise to review and revise this process is critical. Justice must not be undermined by technicalities that preserve false narratives. Real justice demands full acknowledgment of coercion, punitive retaliation, and the egregious violations of medical freedom, bodily autonomy, informed consent and religious liberty that took place under Biden\u2019s administration and Lloyd Austin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Truth for Health Foundation has played an indispensable role in this fight.
