Although stopped for now in New York state, shockingly, this regulatory framework has already passed into law in Florida, Alaska, and Washington state, which have all adopted the “Turning Point” model legislation. Similar initiatives are making their way state by state, and are in various stages of the legislative process.
Today’s Whistleblower Report documents the legal framework and plans going back decades for a militarized medical martial law that is being put into place under the cloak of secrecy in states across America. Attorney Bobbi Anne Cox, Esq. is a courageous legal warrior who succeeded in winning a major legal victory to stop the highly secret, totally unconstitutional forced quarantine indefinite detention regulation promulgated by New York Governor Hochul and her appointed Department of Health Director.
International attorney Todd Callender, Esq. provides the legal framework for all of these draconian quarantine detention measures that began in the 1994 Cairo Population Accords and the steps to achieve a global reduction in population using a militarized medical martial law and the declaration of a “public health emergency of international concern.” Then almost ten years later, the “Turning Point” model legislation was developed, giving all 50 states a blueprint to implement these forced detentions, ostensibly for “quarantine” to prevent the spread of “communicable diseases.”
The language is designed to sound innocuous. In reality, however, this legislation creates quarantine detention with no escape and no due process. The sinister intent is to usurp citizens’ rights and implement total control of who gets detained for “quarantine,” where they are kept and under what conditions, and for how long.
Governor Hochul’s “regulation,” which carried the force of law and could be carried out by police and sheriffs, appallingly had several Machiavellian provisions:
- No proof of contagious disease was required – simply being suspected of having a contagious disease was all that would be needed.
- All physicians in New York would be required to report suspected cases of contagious diseases to the authorities for people to be taken from their homes into a state-specified and controlled quarantine camp.
- The state would control all quarantine conditions: where, how long, what contact would be allowed (imagine no cell phone, no internet, no contact with family, etc.), and the duration. No time limit was given.

Assemblymember Christ Tague said, “It is truly frightening that a policy as consequential as this is racing through the rulemaking process. This policy aims to isolate law-abiding citizens forcibly and is reminiscent of some of the ugliest tyrannical regimes history has ever known. This legal victory gives us all an inspiring role model for what ONE person can do with enough fire and determination not to give up. Attorney Cox was David against the Goliath of the entire state of New York power and taxpayer funds – yet she won!
We need similar initiatives in Florida, Alaska, and Washington state, as well as in other states where this quarantine detention agenda is being secretly developed in each state. Bobbi Anne Cox’s victory in New York gives us hope that we can prevail against the evil, tyrannical agenda being perpetrated on America.
